Hubby and I love it

He cleans and I cook so he loves using it to scrape out the bowl whether I make pizza or brownies or bread. I use it to cut scones, divide dough, trim edges off bread for tea sandwiches and more.

This is a small but mighty tool with so many applications! I use it every time that I am working with dough. It is perfect for dividing dough for pizza, biscuits, bread and cutting scones. I own several because I have one dedicated just to frosting cakes. I get super clean edges and it provides the perfect finish to my buttercream frosting every time. The rounded side is perfect for scraping out dough and batters. I know it isn't its original purpose but I even have one to scrape pans with that I am worried about using steel wool on. So yeah...I love this tool!
