Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Sugar, divided
  • 3 tablespoons Butter or Margarine, melted
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • Seasonal Decorations (optional, such as Sprinkles, Candies, etc.)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F and place oven rack in center position
  2. Place Flexipan Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet
  3. In Mixing Bowl, combine Graham Cracker Crumbs, 2 tablespoons of the Sugar and the Butter, mixing well, then press a small amount onto the bottoms of the 24 wells of the Tray.
  4. In electric mixer, beat Cream Cheese, Vanilla and remaining Sugar until blended, then on low speed, add the Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one and spoon over crusts in Tray
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until centers are almost set. Cool completely and refrigerate for 2 hours
  6. Top each Cheesecake with seasonal decorations.
